SERVING SUGGESTIONS
- Sushi
- Seafood - particularly good in seafood soups or on scallops (don't forget to add a squeeze of lemon juice)
- Crackers - add to soft fresh cheeses (Ricotta, Mozzarella, Goat, Cottage, Cream Cheese or even Greek yogurt), combined with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of Lavender Sea Salt
- Lamb chops/Chicken - grilled or pan fried, drizzle with olive oil and then season with Lavender Natural Sea Salt
- Salad - combine with grapes and almonds
- Rice or quinoa dishes - especially rice salad
- Roasted vegetables - especially carrots, onions, and zucchini
- Bread Dough - season unsalted butter and combine with bread dough to make garlic bread or add to shortbread dough before baking
- Corn on or off the cob
- Caramel or chocolate sauces - add for extra flavour and a bit of colour
